Suresh Dhawan is an International Trainer, Keynote Speaker and Coach. His journey in this industry began in the year 2001 and he has since trained more than 100,000 people from 60 countries. He has been invited to speak on shows such as TV2’s Global and ‘Moving on Two’ as well as on the radio channel BFM 89.9 FM. He was also the developer of the inaugural Customer Centricity module for the Open University of Malaysia’s (OUM), Executive MBA program.

He has helped more than 250 organizations improve their employee capacity and performance. Most of his clients are multinationals with a global presence such as Shell, Friesland Campina, Accenture, IKEA, HP, Experian, Toyota, Siemens, Prudential, Warner Music, Pfizer, Sanofi just to name a few. He has also added value to global agencies such as the UNDP, UNICEF, UNFPA, World Bank and AFC. His participants range from executives to Chief Executives.

Suresh founded LEADS Learning and Development Services Sdn. Bhd. in 2006 and went international in 2009. Due to his in-depth experience in human behaviour, organizational behaviour and change as well as his exposure to multiple industries and cultures around the world, he has been able to train, consult and facilitate change in many organizations, from the initial strategic planning phase to successful strategy implementation.

Suresh is known for his high energy keynotes, talks, engaging training programs, practical coaching sessions and result driven as well as measurable change management projects.

He has been involved and led 20 change management projects for merging entities, acquired companies, companies focussed on internal alignment and companies that want to recapture the essence of their corporate values and brand promise.
