Jega is team effectiveness specialist, international speaker and a learning game & simulation developer for adult learning. His highly interactive games have been used for team effectiveness, customer experience, leadership trainings and has been adopted into induction programs of several organisations.
Over the years, Jega has addressed over 30,000 audiences in training and speaking engagements. His passion for excellence makes him a dynamic speaker to address both the areas of personal and organizational excellence. His management ideas are known to be, out of the box, controversial and sometimes even out right crazy... but at the same time interesting and makes practical sense.
He has shared his expertise on on radio programs in BFM 89.9 and LiteFM. He also ran a special newsletter based on the weekly reality The Apprentice US and The Apprentice Asia, relating the experience of the show to real world management lessons.
Jega is also the co-developer of several high grade management simulations such as Eastern Trading Company, Temple of Doom & Grazeville Farm. The experiential learning method effectively embed management principles in a non-threatening manner. His experience and expertise have drawn him to specialize in the area of Team Leadership & Team Development. With high powered simulations and fun filled participation, participants really enjoy their personal involvement and sharing of experience.
Jega is the Immediate Past President of the Malaysian Association of Professional Speakers and a member of the North American Simulation & Gaming Association (NASAGA). He is an invited speaker at the 2017 Nasaga Conference in Reno, Nevada.
