Sharma Kumari has an MA - Communication Management (University of South Australia) and BA Hons - Mass Communication (Universiti Sains Malaysia). Her industry experience spans broadcasting to tertiary education; investment holding PLCs to shared services; and event management to professional membership institutions.

Starting off as Broadcast Trainer & Speaker enabled Sharma to acquire vast international exposure and enhanced her natural flair in communication. Her role involved sensitizing media practitioners to a balanced portrayal of diverse communities, cultures and demographics. This deepened her passion in Training/Learning & Development which contributed to a fulfilling 25-year career in HR including her role as Talent Development Lead. Her highly energizing, motivating approach contributes to her ease in working with multi-generations.

Sharma is a Certified Assessor for Assessment & Development Centers, a widely recognized tool which systematically identifies behavior for recruitment, selection, promotion and development at various levels including the leadership pipeline. She is also a Certified Talent Management Assessor, qualified to administer DISC & WorkPlace Big5, in addition to being Certified as Impact System Coach, NLP Practitioner and Change Management Practitioner.

Her focus areas include Talent Development (Assessor Skills, BEI/CBI, Competency Framework); Communication (Presentations, Facilitation, Behavioral Communication with NLP); Leadership (Supervisory and Leadership Development, Team Building, Thinking Skills, Conflict Management); Organizational Culture (Fish! Philosophy, Change Management, Who Moved My Cheese?); and Media Engagement (Media Literacy & Sensitization).

Her international engagements include travels to Australia, Bangladesh, Brunei, Canada, England, Fiji, Germany, India, Indonesia, Pakistan, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand & USA.
